Yes, you can cancel your order before the product is shipped. But if your order has already been completed or shipped, you must wait for the package to arrive to start the return process.
– How can you (customer) track your order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will get a tracking number or code through your email. With that help you can track your order through your mobile phone. Basically, it only takes 3-5 business days to deliver to your required location.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
